Becoming a Friend:
Friends of the Cochranton Area Public Library was reorganized in 2014 and incorporated in 2015 in an effort to support the building of the new library facility. It has been going strong ever since.

The Friends organization meets no less than four times a year. Meetings are scheduled around events planned through regular emails and updates throughout the year.

The Friends are governed by their bylaws. As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Friends enjoy non-profit status. Dues collected are considered tax-deductible for members. An Executive Board is comprised of the four officers and three members at large.

Becoming a Friends member is a rewarding experience. The group prides itself on building community through its service and support of the library.

Membership forms are available at the library. Annual membership levels are $15 for an individual, $10 for a senior (age 62+), and $50 for a benefactor.
