Join us for the Bag Lunch and a Movie program each Friday at 11 AM. We will show movies on the big screen in the Community Room and you can bring your lunch, snack, and beverage. Movies will be fun, thrilling, inspiring, tear-jerking, and / or uplifting.
April 6th: How to Steal a Million starring Audrey Hepburn and Peter O’Toole. This is a romantic comedy about the daughter of an artist who forges great works of art who hires a private detective.
April 13th: Cheaper by the Dozen starring Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, and Hilary Duff in a comedy about a family of 12 children.
April 20th: Love Me Tender starring Elvis Presley in his first film set after the Civil War in which he plays a Texas farmer who falls for his brother’s sweetheart.
April 27th: TBD but we are hoping to show The Life of Pi
Sick of winter? Fed up with politics? Tired of eating alone? Pack a lunch and join us for a free movie each Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM starting March 2nd. Movies will be rated G, PG, or Not Rated. In general, most will be of interest to mixed age audiences, but parents must attend with children. These films will be older productions that are intended to lift the spirits, inspire, and entertain.

March 9th – Young @ Heart – PG – A documentary on a chorus of senior citizens from Massachusetts who cover songs by Jimi Hendrix, Coldplay, Sonic Youth, and other unexpected musicians.
March 16th – Waking Ned Devine – PG – When a lottery winner dies of shock, his fellow townsfolk attempt to claim the money.
March 23rd – The King and I – G – A widow accepts a job as a live-in governess to the King of Siam’s children.
